It works in the browser, however I found that the instrument menu does not correctly show the groups as sub-menus. If this is important for you, I'll fix this ASAP.

I have fixed the instrument menu today, so it will show the groups as sub-menus.

Hi Attila. Even in the new beta 552 I have a problem with the track inspector, it freezes periodically and it is impossible to close it - I have to reboot the program. Thanks.

I did not change anything in the track inspector, but will you please try v5.5.3 (uploaded today) as it has some stability fixes.
What do you typically do in the track inspector when this happens? Do you have a VST3 plug-in loaded for the track?

At the moment there is no new beta version as I am working on a bigger feature that takes longer.

Hi Attila. Track inspector is just open and after some time freezes and does not respond. VST3 is not connected, only SF. Perhaps this is due to the graphics, because sometimes some parts of the inspector glow solid red. Unfortunately, version 5.5.3 is no exception. Thank you.

OMG, I am fixing the lack of ASIO driver!
Thanks for the notification.
There were substantial changes internally to handle all Windows calls and all paths as Unicode.
I did not realize ASIO stopped working. Hold on, I'll upload a fix in the next hour.

ASIO is usable again in the v5.5.3 Windows version. Please re-download and re-install it.

No, there is no beta version at the moment.
Please use the links for the stable version to download v5.5.3.
You can also download the demo version from www.musicdevelopments.com which is the same installer.

Hi.

I'm not sure if I'm observing a problem, or if I need education about Ghost Tracks.

I created a ghost track (in RC 5.5.3) (see above), and nothing is there to be seen, and nothing is heard when I solo it for playback.

Is this expected behavior? If so, how do I make use of (hear, or use variations on) the ghost track?

It turned out there were issues with automatically updating the ghost track also in previous versions.
I have fixed these bugs, and the fix will be in v5.5.4. However if you download the current installer, you may find that it will work well
