Anyone know where to get the new 1981 bank for the Jupiter 8?

Roland just put up a video, I thought at first they were the original 1981 patches in Preset Bank A but the video shows there is a new and seperate bank called 1981. Seems I have the latest version of everything, so I'm perplexed re where to get this.

For some reason the link to the appropriate time in the video isn't working, it's at 24 seconds in.

Don’t know if this has been answered yet, but try logging out and logging back in to Roland Cloud. Some users have the experience that the refresh button doesn't work all the time. I have been pushing for not only an easier time finding new patch collections, instruments, etc., but also resolving this specific issue so hopefully it gets resolved soon!

I have 2 lifetime keys for JV-1080 and D-50... I've had these keys for 4 years now, and EVERY TIME I go to load them up (usually weeks apart because I rarely use them for this reason), I'm always told that I have to re-login to Roland Cloud and re-authorize them. I've kept Roland Cloud Manager and these plugins completely up to date, but these are the most frustrating plugins to own because I can never just pull them up. I'm writing this out of frustration because I just wanted to use them in a session and boom... They're not authorized again. What is the solution for this Jon? I'm still interested in some of the products that Roland offers but this experience with the two plugins I do own makes me not want to even bother. So disappointing.

So now when I enter my password, I get the error - Your authorization is no longer active. That's a first... and a last. I was looking at picking up Zenology that's on sale but won't bother.

One of my biggest concerns about purchasing. I play live nearly every week and can't be bothered to have issues like this. I don't have wi-fi but do have cell service where I'm at.

I gig out multiple times a week in several different bands as well as playing solo piano and use software exclusively running it inside of Gig Performer

I can't trust the Roland products not to fail to load due to RCM issues as happened to me

My work around was to Autosample the few patches I needed from my lifetime keys

I'm thinking the answer is "no", but if you buy Zenology Pro do you also get the seperate Zenology FX plugin?

That's what happened to me with Zenology Lite. I uninstalled/reinstalled RCM and then it worked. But that shouldn't be the solution.
