Acustica supports audio in MKV and WEBM, but not in the batch processor?

I just realized that I cannot use MKV or WebM files as input in the batch processor after opening them in Acustica and developing a workflow there. Would it be possible to support all file formats that Acustica can open in the batch processor as well?

Thanks again for your amazing software and the clean way you develop it. It truly stands out—highly appreciated!

Do you think that could be added? Else I just need to revert to plain ffmpeg
