UVI's Relayer for free with any purchase at PB (bought an UJAM synth for 5 bucks to qualify). An absolutely incredible thing, seriously.

Anyone got a Omnisphere 1 license just laying around?

Just thinking out loud, I would've much rather paid UVI for Relayer what I paid for UJAM Core. But I guess whatever marketing deal they have with Plugin Boutique to offer it for free must be better for them than simply offering the plugin at a very low sale price through Plugin Boutique.

Well, for one, it's a 10-year old plugin, so I'm sure they've recouped development costs many times over by now. Plugin Boutique is the biggest plugin dealer/reseller with well-established brand recognition and marketing reach. To have them promoting UVI seems like a win to me.Fidelitymusic wrote: Sun Sep 07, 2025 3:23 am Just thinking out loud, I would've much rather paid UVI for Relayer what I paid for UJAM Core. Image Line owns UVI, and they are a savvy lot. I definitely prefer them over the competing "Big Audio" conglomerates. Here's a CEO interview, if anyone is interested - https://musictech.com/features/intervie ... mage-line/

Most defenitely. I almost feel sorry not having paid for Relayer, it's just absolutely fantastic. IMO a must-have for any afficionado of wicked delays.Fidelitymusic wrote: Sun Sep 07, 2025 3:23 am Just thinking out loud, I would've much rather paid UVI for Relayer what I paid for UJAM Core.
That UJAM thing however is just a tool for them to sell you (rather expensive) sound packs. And it doesn't even have the most basic tweaking options you usually need to make a sound suit a context, such as a simple envelope and a filter. It's all baked in or hidden. Pretty meh, wouldn't ever buy any of their packs just because of that alone.
Whatever, I may just buy UVI's new Prisma as a "compensation" for my bad feelings - or so. It's on intro sale until the 14th I think.
Anyway, here's some stupid little morning fun I just had. Two bars of a silly drumbeat dry, then with Relayer (just used the default preset and went from there, the thing is incredibly easy to deal with, I think).
(Is there still no way to have an embedded player? It's 2025, ffs).

Now it says “Out of Stock” on their website. Luckily for me, I bought it from them a while back for a good price also.stoopicus wrote: Sun Sep 07, 2025 10:45 am Just discovered that Tracktion F.'em is still on sale for $29 at JRRShop. Glad I was able to snag it.
