Okay, this one actually is an abuse of the system, as far as I'm concerned.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been more coordination on this one, but maybe it is just a clever way to get more people onboard and extract more money from the teeming masses.

Is this a boxed version? If so, does it ship on the 21st? Also, if purchased and the buyer registers with the sales info can they then download from Spectrasonics or is waiting for the box to arrive the only way?. Thanks for the info

It's a boxed version. My understanding is we'll start shipping tomorrow. If you receive it before October 21, please wait until the 21st to register. The point of shipping early is just to make sure you have it ready to go on the release date.

If you ordered the full version, it is a USB drive, and if you ordered the upgrade, it is a download.

I just tried this but the promo isn't showing up in my account. I don't know if I chose the wrong product (Master Match) but I'm hoping I didn't just waste my money.

I'm trying to figure out what I would get in the group buy that is not already part of Total Studio 5 Max and that is not included to figure out whether it's even worth spending the $29. This is incredibly challenging to figure out. So far I got these which don't seem to be included in Total Studio 5 Max as far as I have seen.

TONEX – Brown Sound 78/79
TONEX – Brown Sound 80/81
TONEX – Brown Sound 82/84
TONEX – ENGL Ampthology Vol 1

TONEX – Signature Bass Collection doesn't seem to qualify.

Anything else I may have missed?

It looks like APD is selling an older version of Master Match, which isn't one of the qualifying products. Only the newer Master Match X from T-Racks 6 is listed as qualifying.

Yeah, you gotta go to IKM's web site to make sure you're not choosing an excluded product. I know that the FAME reverb worked for me, but can't speak directly to any others.

If you're new to this madness, it's a totally understandable mistake, er, learning experience.

Yeah, I have TS5 Max from the upgrade deal, and there wasn't anything left for me other than the newer Tonex expansions. I'm a guitarist and love Tonex, so it was well worth it to me.

There may be a few other bits and pieces that I have from earlier deals and group buys with them that aren't in TS5 Max. But maybe not. They have so many products that you gotta go over this stuff with a magnifying glass. I would wish that they'd have included ReSing for us who already have it all, but understand why they don't.

Peter said that the price tag for the qualifying products is what you find on their online store, not what you pay. So Amplitude 5 Max v2 should qualify as a 299 $ product. The one on sale on APD seems to be v1 though, so I fear it doesn't qualify.

Note that AmpliTube 5 is instead excluded from the group buy. On their site they write:
"Excluded products: Total Studio 5 (any version), TONEX Signature Bass Collection, ReSing MAX, ReSing, non-upgrade versions of AmpliTube 5, Miroslav Philharmonik 2. Also excludes T-RackS Space Delay, Lo-Fi Punch, and Tape Echo".
I add that also T-RackS 5 modules are escluded (only T-RackS 6 modules qualifiy).
