And I think you're an unbelievably thin skinned drama queen. If you're triggered by the discussions so far then you'd better buckle up buttercup when the synth is released because you know there will be negative comments regarding the sound, the interface, and/or the workflow, etc as there is with any new synth release.

People want to get their hands on the demo because they are still interested in the synth. That's not "entitlement" that's just genuine interest in the plugin. When people stop asking for the demo and simply stop caring then the developer should worry.

This project was first announced on January 8th 2024. At this point I don't think it's "disrespect" to ask "when can we get our hands on the synth"? That's a good sign for the developer as it shows people still care about the project.

And I thank you all for your patience! I had no idea in 2024 that it was going to take 2 more years, but I also didn't expect that it would attract so much interest. I just hope the actual product can meet the expectations that have been building over all this time. We'll find out soon enough! If I don't get this thing out the door in February or March I'm going to lose it myself.

I'm not being perfectionist, but I do have to make sure the release goes well.

Do you have pricing decided yet?

For SWAY i saw i had edited some MIDI track with specific sys.ex programming ( filter ) directly to the TG77.
Well : of course, SWAYED can not at this moment listen sys.ex specific prgorammation in MIDI... And the main goal for Sheaf will be to release a first public version of the plugin.

But maybe would it be good to implemente such proof feature after, for v1.5 or v2 ?

It:s not about me. I have very thick skin, if you want to insult me go ahead I will just laugh

It's about the constant shitting all over Sheaf about how people think the name sucks, how he is taking to long, how he should make a demo etc

That's entitlement and disrespect, in my opinion. If that bothers you oh well, get some thicker skin and deal with it and stop being a snow flake

You call it disrespect. I call it customer interest. News flash, with all the products already out on the already saturated marketplace, prospective customers aren't going to sit around waiting forever for something to be released. There are plenty of other choices out there. That's how products die before they ever hit the streets when they take too long. People stop caring.

If you think I'm kidding, go ask the makers of Flexion how many customers are still interested in their synth. You can probably count the number on zero hands.

I will not wait forever for Sway. Eventually, I will stop caring when I can't get a demo and can't even get on the beta testing team. I have over 300 synths. I don't need Sway.

Again, it's not disrespect. It's "Hey buddy, get on the stick before people stop caring about your synth."

That is the reality of the world.

Only a snowflake would think anyone is "shitting all over Sheaf" by simply offering their opinions (that you don't happen to like). There is no need to play White Knight to defend Sheaf.

Your opinion is based on emotion and not logic. Some people don't think the name is good and others want the demo because they really want to try the synth. "If that bothers you oh well, get some thicker skin and deal with it and stop being a snow flake".

Any time any place b*tch....is what I would say to your face (if I didn't have to worry about forum moderation).

Anyway I'm done here before one or both of us gets suspended or banned. Let's all just wait until (if) a demo is ever released and we'll take it from there.....
