I keep getting logged out asked to enter a token sent to email to log back in

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

Every time I log in, it logs me out soon after and it says "Since you have not logged in in a long time, you need to authenticate by entering a token sent to your email" or something like that.

It happens every day, and it takes about 5 minutes for the token code to show so I can't even get it right away.

I've not seen this in 20 years, what's going on? I can't be bothered to use it like that.
