How many of those can I get without owning the hardware?mambo888 wrote: Sat Feb 28, 2026 8:11 pm If it comes out, good, if it doesn’t come out, people already have Montage M, Modx M and the ESP which is kind of the same thing. When the development of SWAYED started there was no ESP and Modx M and people didn’t have options, now it is no longer the case. My only issue with the ESP is that it consumes too much CPU for what it does, so we are still waiting for SWAYED.

Has nothing to do with Swayed but if you want the FM-X engine in plugin form you can get HALion7 right now or FM Lab with no hardware needed. As a Montage M owner who also has the plugin, I can tell you with 100% certainty that FM-X is far better in plugin form HALion7 than in the ESPwagtunes wrote: Sat Feb 28, 2026 8:22 pmHow many of those can I get without owning the hardware?mambo888 wrote: Sat Feb 28, 2026 8:11 pm If it comes out, good, if it doesn’t come out, people already have Montage M, Modx M and the ESP which is kind of the same thing. And even after owning those and I am pretty sure every other FM Synthesis Plugin on the market, I will still get Swayed the day it comes out

I mean, TG77 can be found pretty affordable these days (300-600 eurobucks or so) so technically you could've had it by nowwagtunes wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 11:16 amI have wanted to get my hands on an SY 77 since the day the hardware came out but could never afford it.

Right now the last thing I want is hardware since I'm completely ITB. Back then, the TG 77 was no cheap either.EvilDragon wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 12:36 pmI mean, TG77 can be found pretty affordable these days (300-600 eurobucks or so) so technically you could've had it by nowwagtunes wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 11:16 amI have wanted to get my hands on an SY 77 since the day the hardware came out but could never afford it.![]()

So what you ar saying is that you have been wanting a TG77 for 36 years and still have interest in one and a few months longer wouldn't matter at allwagtunes wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 1:20 pmRight now the last thing I want is hardware since I'm completely ITB. Someone has said multiple times now that any interest in Synths quickly fades, your first hand experience and feelings on the matter would seem to contradict that narrative thanks for sharing your experiences, hopefully now that this entire narrative has been laid bare we can stop thinking that way

OMG, Seafire Mk2 is/was Kriminal!?! That guy was a legend on kvr back in the old days! Never knew why he was banned. Seeing that name bring so many memories (not about him but the time period and when I was using Orion).

Ask the Mods why he was banned. They love having their decisions questioned (not). While you're at it ask them why his AN1X account was banned as well.
Anyway, over a month ago I wrote:

At least there will be something solid to discuss at that point.

Dear sheaf,
i wanted to reread your last post from March 1st, but noticed that you deleted it silently. Would you mind giving any indication on the release date? Is March still something to hope for?

If the umlaut in your user name is any indication, you might be very close to EvilDragon.
