It's been a long journey, but it's finally out! Thanks everyone for your patience, I hope it's been worth the wait and that it meets your expectations.

I might try to take a small break this weekend, but after that I'll resume work on v1.1, which will allow you to import custom samples.

The 3 dots in the top left corner opens a menu with an "initialize patch" option.

Congrats. Nice. I m demoing, is there a way to switch off that terrible reverb on many presets?Could not find. The quality is very bad and way too much reverb on some presets.

The 3 dots in the top left corner open a menu with a "Bypass FX" option. If you enable this, the entire effects section will be bypassed, and this persists between preset switches.

If you just want to turn off the reverb you'll have to go into the effect setting of the preset itself. It's in the COM screen (top right) -> Effects tab.

Question: What is the Reset Screen Scale supposed to do? I click on it but nothing happens. I'm on Cubase 14 if that helps. I assumed this was to reset the screen size but it just doesn't do anything. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the function.

Also, how do we import the factory ROMs or is that not an option yet?

Just for the record, I saw this and clicked on Buy now without even demoing it. It turns out I didn't have to. This thing sounds amazing. Can't wait to start programming it.

In the bottom right corner you can click/drag to resize the screen. It simply scales everything up. The reset option sets it back to the original size.

In the 3 dot menu there is a "Waveform ROMs" option. It will take you to a screen that shows the ROMs that are imported. It has a button "open in explorer/finder" that will take you to the Waveforms folder. You can simply drop ROM files there. When you restart your DAW they're picked up automatically and they become selectable in the AWM tabs.

I haven’t followed this much, but it sounds interesting.

. Will it work fine without the ROMs? If I find sysex for it online, how do the samples you made for it work with those presets? I am guessing you created similar waves for it to match up well enough to the original sounds.

Yes, you don't need the ROMs for it to work. You're exactly right about the samples. I made approximations that are similar enough such that the presets you can find online in SysEx files still make sense. Depending on the type of sample used it will sound a bit different to various degrees, but I haven't encountered a patch where the change in sample suddenly makes it sound wildly wrong. You can imagine that patches using the sawtooth or square wave sample sound a lot closer than patches utilizing the piano sample.
