Have you considered putting in Paulstretch? Still not on on par with industry standard but I think the people who'd be interested in Gridshift will appreciate it from a creative POV.
Thanks for the suggestion! The current time-stretching engine is based on Signalsmith Stretch, which is not that bad. And I've only done a basic integration so far and there's probably more quality to squeeze out of it in upcoming updates. Longer term, licensing something like zplane élastique could be an option.

Paulstretch is a cool idea though — not as a replacement for the main stretcher, but as a creative effect. I'll keep it in mind!

This looks promising and I very much much dig the GUI choices. Will go through the documentation and give it a test run.

Studio One's mixer is a good example of a mixer window that is almost as compact and concise as this one, while still making inserts and send visible for every channel. It also allows users to quick key an expanded view with everything visible at once.

OTOH, Luna's main window is very similar to what you have now, just with a few more features, and it's excellent. I never need to use the mixer when I use Luna:

Thanks for posting that link. Bungee Pro looks like the best one. Yes, Paulstretch would mainly be for creativity and marketing. "Paulstretch integrated seamlessly" is the kind of thing people would get excited about seeing in the feature set.

Ghost / Alias clips?

Gridshift just got MIDI FX and a second Musical Keyboard setting (drum mode). He's super responsive to feature requests that get added to the Discord.

Is planned. I will have to experiment with some approaches.

I5-8600K, 16 GB, Presonus Audiobox USB 96, Fl Studio, Reason 11, Studio One 5 Artist.

Yes but well worth trying. Only 39MB, too.

Gridshift is getting really good. It launches in 2 seconds now and is super smooth. Uses a lot less CPU than before, too.

Gridshift vs Bitwig?

I'm really curious. I might have to upgrade to Tahoe soon.

You could ask him about it on the Discord.

Are you looking for clip launching or the modulation stuff?
