Congrats on the official release! Not sure if this has been asked, but will there be a feature to convert or import Z2 patches into Z3? If not, does this mean Z2 will continue as a separate product?

Z2 will stay an official supported product. Z2 patches can't be converted to Z3, nor can they be importednondes wrote: Thu Apr 23, 2026 7:00 pm Congrats on the official release! People are asking for this and for that and for features they've grown used to in their regular workhorse synths. Just remember this -- a Zebra is a completely different animal and cannot be fully domesticated. (See what I did there?
)
Zebra3 is an amazing achievement. Explore the immense possibilities of what is there right now and enjoy the ride. (Although you might get thrown off the lively beast every now and then...)
That's all. Back to the stripey prankster.
Cheers,
Trahast

Anyone else getting a sort of crackly sound when automating the main mixer volumes (1-4)?
Also, as a feature request, I'd love to be able to have other waveforms (ideally selecting one of the oscillator's curves as a source) for carrier of the FMO module. We currently have total freedom for the modulator but for the carrier we're stuck with sine, unless there is a workaround that I'm missing.

The OSC FX «Delta X» does FM with the osc curve as carrier and a sine wave as modulator (or the opposite). You don’t get all the functions as in the FMO of course, but you can do a lot with that one.cvale wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 2:15 pm Anyone else getting a sort of crackly sound when automating the main mixer volumes (1-4)?

Just noticed that in the 'Zebra 3 - Out Now' video, at around 30secs in the 'Extensive Effects' section, it shows the eq curves animating.
Is this just editing you did for the video as it dosen't happen for me when I have the eq modulated?

I don't yet see how either. I've mapped an LFO to a Frequency control but I don't see any animation. I can hear the frequency changing though.psychedelicspaniel wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 3:58 pm Just noticed that in the 'Zebra 3 - Out Now' video, at around 30secs in the 'Extensive Effects' section, it shows the eq curves animating.

Aha! Thank you
I'll have to check whether daw automation animates anything else (filters etc). Just wish there was more visual feedback for modulated items - would make life easier at times.

Yes..that would be nice. Also (yes, i know it has been mentioned more than once) the difference between a bipolar and unipolar mod. Would be nice if U-He finds a way to implement that (across all plugins, tbh)psychedelicspaniel wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 8:26 pmAha! Thank you![]()

Ah..my apologies. I did know it was mentioned. I wasn't aware that that was something they actually wanted to implement. Thanks! And..Awesome if they get that working in a future plugin update roundpdxindy wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 11:31 pmThey already mentioned that is in the works... but that it isn't easy and who knows when.exmatproton wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 8:35 pm Also (yes, i know it has been mentioned more than once) the difference between a bipolar and unipolar mod.
