Hello. If you had a recent interactions with the "Relab Development" support, I'd like to know what the response time was in your case (if you got any response at all).
I submitted a ticket more than a week ago, got a confirmation email, but no further response from them since; and I'm starting to get a bad feeling about it.
Thank you.
UPDATE 1: After nine days of me contacting the "Relab Development" support, I received the response. I was told, the delay was caused by an error in the database and was offered apologies. I was also assured, that the issue, I contacted the support with, would be resolved to my best satisfaction.
UPDATE 2: it's been three weeks since the last reply from the "Relab Development" support without any apparent progress.
UPDATE 3: Another week has passed and I did receive a response from the "Relab Development" support. My issue was resolved, as was promised by the support in their original response. All in all, it took about forty days, counting from the time, I opened the ticket. The website rebuild was cited as the reason for the delay in communication.

No personal experience but was considering one of their products and did some research. Didn’t take long until I stumbled in testaments about a virtually non-existing support. They have confirmed known bugs that hasn’t been fixed in years and it looks like their older products are basically abandonware.Scarlet Pumpernickel wrote: Tue Apr 28, 2026 8:37 pm Hello. FWIW, my previous experience with their support was better. That was in 2021 and I received the first non-automated response in less than a day.mixtur.se wrote: Tue Apr 28, 2026 9:06 pmNo personal experience but was considering one of their products and did some research. Unfortunately It's been nothing short of pathetic, I have sent around 3 emails now since late last year and I still have had no response after initially dealing with Randy who seemed great.
Last response I got from him was in mid October 2025, this is pretty frustrating considering how good their plugins are IMO.

I received the same response last week, now another few business days have elapsed and we're still waiting patiently for a response to a simple enquiry...Scarlet Pumpernickel wrote: Tue Apr 28, 2026 8:37 pm Hello. For me, 11 days passed since the last response. I will have to write them again. Sigh...

That's seriously not good enough and very unprofessional, my enquiry is literally regarding purchasing a few more of their plugins but I don't think it's a good idea at this point... I'm done with the lame excuses too, I waited more than 6 months and there was no response to a ticket that was already opened and had been responded to several times. They seem to have plenty of time to send out promotional emails though and post updates on Facebook.Scarlet Pumpernickel wrote: Tue May 12, 2026 1:11 am For me, 11 days passed since the last response. Thankfully I haven't had to contact IK to date (touch wood), this seems to be a common trend with a lot of these companies now.

I also had a very long response time…but suddenly got a reply, and an apology…with the explanation that my ticket had experienced an ‘error in the support database’.
Fair enough, their system had a glitch and they did eventually sort that and my issue…and proactively reached out to me to apologize and make it right
Can’t ask for more than an appropriately and sincere attempt to put things right, I feel better much about them after that
