What's illegal about it? If it was they probably wouldn't allow you to do it anyway. If you are outside EU you can buy stuff and not pay the EU tax, even with German Paypal. Also there's VPN if you're really afraid.

I'm trying out some XILS synths, but what the hell is this?
The sound is great, but the quality of the synth itself is terrible like Thenatan plugin. GUI resize does not work, the preset change button doesn't respond, and the preset manager is broken. Plus, my DAW gives me an error message every time I launch Xils plugins...

Which are you using? The presets in The Eighty work fine.
