i called them on the phone recently and got an answer within 3 rings, and resolution within minutes.slerbo wrote:AudioMidi have terrible customer service!
I waited 12 days just now to attempt to get the download/serial of EZ Drummer Jazz I had paid for - all ended in a paypal refund without any explanation or apology. Lucky to get that, I know... Just to tell others here: AudioMidi COULD NOT be bothered to answer email, either.
From my experience they are dodgy time wasters.
sorry you had bad luck, but they have spectacular customer service on the phone at least.

I had a monthlong issue with them over a freebie bag (and it wasn't entirely their fault - miscommunications with a vendor)... but in the end, it was all resolved and they more than made up for the simple inconvenience. Overall, I think they do great, especially considering all the support they probably have to offer for these "no brainer"deals.

This isn't a big secret or anything, but, just in case someone here doesn't know about it, you can get 20% off at Music123 using the code 20PCT.
The thing that's making me GAS about this is that it brings Komplete 6 down to $399.20. Got it in my cart now at that price; resisting pulling the trigger...

Are you sure? I got: "The promotional code that you have provided has expired or is not yet valid."GreyLion wrote:This isn't a big secret or anything, but, just in case someone here doesn't know about it, you can get 20% off at Music123 using the code 20PCT.

Wonder if you have to spend some minimum amount of money?

I did get the message you described when I opened a new session a few minutes ago.
But it was definitely good last night when I posted. It's still in my cart at $399.20. I wonder if that price would still process all the way through? These things come alive and die quickly sometimes. The way I found out about this one was from trying to hit the MF site, and it being down and the error message offering this code if you went to Music123.
All that said, MusiciansFriend and Music123, which are the same company, are pretty easy, since the economic crash, about giving 20% off on call-ins these days. MF had a code 'OCT20' which was supposed to last all month for call-ins. Some limitations apply, of course, and I haven't tried it with Komplete, since I'm still resisting buying another great software bundle that I don't really need.
Back when the big K5 blowout was happening this summer, I called MF and they were willing to give a 20% discount on the $400 price. No code or promo or anything, brought it down to $320.
I guess where I'm going with all this wordage is that it seems that, if you have a little patience and stay heads-up, you can get K6 for $400 without too much effort, rather than paying the listed price.

Didn't realize that MF and M123 were the same company. No wonder their prices almost always match!

I wonder if that would work for the Komplete upgrade too. I've been holding off on that, but with a 20% discount ($30 US off), I think I'm in the ballpark.
@Greylion- 4 Benjamins for Komplete is a great deal. I can't imagine what, if any, buyer's remorse you'd have for pulling the trigger.

Confirmed.necessity wrote:KVR says Zero G is having a 60% off sale on downloads. I cannot see anything on their website. Could somebody that subscribes to their newsletter confirm this?
Thanks!
They have 60% off certain titles only, some others are at 50% and some closer to 30%.
