Also Urs is there a reason that the Osc fx high pass filter seems to shape a square wave differently than normal high pass filters?
Normally a square becomes bent but with the OSC fx effect, a dip occurs within the square

The filters don't affect phase of harmonics, only gain.JoeLowery215 wrote: Sat Mar 07, 2026 9:30 pm Also Urs is there a reason that the Osc fx high pass filter seems to shape a square wave differently than normal high pass filters?

When you take an audio recording of a square wave, highpass it, the reverse it and highpass it again, the phase shifts cancel out and it looks the same.

Our Linux people should be back to work from Monday...sunthief01 wrote: Sat Mar 07, 2026 7:37 pm hello all, just checking in about status of the linux build for the most current revision. excited to get it when it's ready, any news? Zebra 3 (and Uhbiks) + Bitwig 6 on Fedora Kinoite has been amazing thus far.

Very cool didn't know that.Urs wrote: Sat Mar 07, 2026 9:37 pmThe filters don't affect phase of harmonics, only gain.JoeLowery215 wrote: Sat Mar 07, 2026 9:30 pm Also Urs is there a reason that the Osc fx high pass filter seems to shape a square wave differently than normal high pass filters?

Can you please add back the tube distortion so we can have some asymmetrical distortion options?
I’m definitely missing them in Z3 since you had them in Z2. As of now, only the drive in the Impossible filter gets close.
Thanks! Hope this is added

I was wondering if we could add module presets for the quantize section (or the entire pitch section)? It would be super helpful to have a way to save and organize scales. Thanks!

It's already possible to right-click on a key to select a preset scale from the menu in this Quantize part _

If you're using the VST3, then yes.killmaster wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 11:41 pm In Bitwig, do I need to set the channels "All->Same" and/or turn on MPE on the Bitwig device container like earlier times?
If you're using CLAP, just set the channels All > Same. For CLAP, there is no separate MPE button in Bitwig, it just works.

This only cover western modes. There is a world of scales/maqams/ragas outside that, it would be great to be able to manage and share them in presets.geronimo wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 1:20 am It's already possible to right-click on a key to select a preset scale from the menu in this Quantize part _

Thanks Howard. Some ragas are a combination of both microtuning and note selection. If not a save module option, it would be great to at least have the ability to add more modes in a folder like the .tun files. Lately I have been fascinated by this. A Linux beta is finally available as well. Added a link to the download section in the first post.
