Hello, I have submitted a transfer request and am not getting a response. There is also no button on the acon support website to check the status of the ticket (or to just preview it). I wanted to kindly follow up on ticket #1680, which I opened yesterday morning regarding a license transfer request. I’ve already provided all the required details, but it seems the ticket hasn’t been resolved yet.
