The main volume envelope attack control goes

0 sec
0.0001
0.0002
0.0003
0.00
0.01
0.02

It works fine, just the numbering is odd

But Decay as in every Tone2 synth is crippled. Seems like they are testing their synths using 5 dollars earplugs. Here is an audio sample (first NeoFM followed by NI Razor):

Is the pitch bend range setting working properly? In Saurus it is slightly off :hihi:
Pretty sure it's ok in Nemesis. I specifically tested it (with a tuner) numerous times during the beta. I set pitch bends manually to a certain note in all my patches (via the mod matrix). Hopefully I don't have to eat my words, as there were a couple of updates to the pitchbend during the beta :hihi:

Damn wish I had an extra $200 laying around, this thing really sounds amazing. Trying the demo out now, wow.

I've wasted two days trying to purchase this synth via Shareit since I don't use Paypal. I've used three different credit cards in good standing and each order has had to be reviewed manually and inevitably rejected for some reason not made known to me (usually after an 8-10 hour wait). Never mind that I've used the same cards to purchase other synths successfully before in the past. There seems to be some sort of draconian fraud prevention measure being implemented. I wish Tone2 would use a service like Cleverbridge or Fastspring instead of Shareit. Oh well, next time then. I had the same issue trying to buy U-He Dark Zebra last month so I gave up on that as well. If anyone knows of a reseller for Nemesis please let me know.

If you contact us I'm pretty sure we can work it out for TDZ and Nemesis as well. It's usually a very simple thing (use of a VPN and thus non-matching country, use of a CC registered to a company for private purchase, use of PayPal registered to different home address).

Since Nemesis is out, I can now post this short track I made when I was working on the factory library.
The drums are not from Nemesis.

I sent out about 30 (I was busy with other things), out of which 7 or 8 made it into the factory library, including the nice arp throughout the track.
I guess the others ones will end up in future expansions.

This is the same with Saurus, I told them those numbers don't really make sense as 0.001 is longer than 0.00, and 0 sec is the same as 0.00. Really odd that programmers come up with such stuff...

Maybe initially they had used the same code for the pitchbend and corrected it when I told them about 4 to 6 weeks ago it is slightly off in Saurus (which they confirmed).

I hate to say it, but, especially for the price, I'm really missing a decent lowpass filter in this synth. This was a bit of a problem in Rayblaster, but that had tone controls on the oscillator, which could help to reign in overly harsh sounds.

Nemesis has LPFs but they are pre-FM - meaning as well as darkening the sound they also bend it around and change it's character. In fact, I've often noticed that in trying to dampen sounds in Nemesis, the filter and the "soft" versions of the synthesis modes can sometimes make the sound even harsher somehow.

At the very least, an EQ in the FX section would be nice, preferably one that doesn't use up one of those two precious slots.

EDIT: Well gee, there IS a static LPF in the Config page, of all places, still, this certainly helps!

The main problem I'm having is I'll get a cool sweep sound, but it'll have a "rattling" sound on top of it, and it's hard to get rid of the rattling without destroying what made the rest of the sound interesting.

I realize the rattling is part of the result of the synthesis, rather like the rattling you get when you do a sync sweep on a triangle wave or when you use clipping creatively, but even so, I still would like to get rid of it sometimes.

Judging from the feedback it sounds as if that synth was still in development or beta phase.

I listened to that audio example above, it sounds like a toy to me, not very musical :?

+1 on the LPF

I am finding it hard to get sounds I like without them also having some artifacts I don't... like the rattling you mention or some harsh noise in the highs. Then there is no way to get rid of that without changing the sound.

A quick example of some of my presets. Not sure if these ones actually made it on the release, if not, probably in an expansion. Battery3 was used for the drums.
