Indeed. Then I've made up my own mind that a secondhand account from two mystery devs without any specific details explaining what was done to them to feel so "offended" and "disgusted", doesn't give me enough information to form a credible opinion. It doesn't exactly speak well of their professionalism either to vent about it to a customer like this.

It has some interesting features too, like being able to route the sibilance and voice to separate outputs for independent post processing.

Leveler really impressed me. I've been looking for a VST equivalent, but haven't had much luck so far.

Yeah, it kind of looks like a form of upward compression, but somehow it's not affecting the whole signal and I'm not even sure if "compression" is the right word to describe what it's doing. It appears to be targeting and boosting only a specific amplitude range without any typical compression artifacts and almost completely ignores the noise floor. Maybe there are VSTs that have been doing this for a long time now, but I just haven't run across any yet. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll definitely check them out.
