What is so unclear about this? It wasn't a hostile takeover, because how could that have been done?

What's so special about Alchemy's "remix" pads

I mean, every Sugar Bytes plug more or less feature some of the same functions
Where? I only have Turnado but it doesn't have such a thing. The only app I know that does is NI Kore and Audiomulch metasurface to a degree (never got it to work as well though)

Thing is that in itself is just the way things are nowadays but Apple are worse than many because they insist on closed systems so they control the platforms completely. This does make their products more reliable but you lose the ability to have alternatives. Competition is difficult because Apple control everything. The original IBM PC opened that all up and allowed us to pick and choose our components. I like that. I do not want to have to always buy Apple because my whole life is Apple products but that is what seems to happen. As for Camel it was a great shame what happened and a shame they succumbed to the might of Apple.

Most apple alternatives are cheaper and better. The market is much better for the consumer with apple in it.

Where's the fun in actually affording something else and not hating on Apple who is controlling people's free will as it seems

Poor people with broken dreams of eating caviar and drinking champagne, driving Ferrari's and nailing celebrities, evil rich people and their things

Hello to all

I'm new to the forum and very late to the news about Camel Audio closing. Would someone be kind enough to fill me in on the latest? Alchemy has so much potential and I'm gutted I didn't download more packs.

Thanks in advance.

Camel Audio's plug-ins, Alchemy Mobile IAPs and sound libraries are no longer available for purchase. We will continue to provide downloads of your previous purchases and email support until July 7, 2015. We recommend you download all of your purchases and back them up so that you can continue to use them (Instructions: How to Download and Backup Your Products)."
