I can't manage my licenses.

• I cannot access my automatically created account.
• I cannot get a password reset mail sent to my email address.
• When trying to create a new account with my email address it tells me that such an account already exists.
• All attempts to reach Mario through diverse channels (contact form on his website, direct emails, PM here on KVRaudio) so far have been unsuccessful

Does anyone know how I could reach Mario?

He‘s an active member here on KVR. Look for Mario here in the thread and send him a PM. I don‘t know how frequently he is online, but it‘s worth a try!

So far, Mario has been really good about responding to support requests with clear information. The volume of orders has probably exploded with the addition of more plugins. And as far as I know, he's still a one man operation. So send him a message, and have a little patience if it takes a day or two to reply. He'll get you sorted out.

This is what I'm hoping for.

Regarding the "takes a day or two": after buying Harmony Bloom and Chord Generator on January 11 the website informed my that a password reset email should have been sent to my email address (the same email address that I used to register for this forum). That email never arrived, and I therefore retried the password reset process several times (assuming that this is an automatic process) before trying to reach Mario directly (through the contact form maybe on January 14, by direct mail on January 16, by PM on this forum on January 20).

I'm still positive that this will sort out eventually, I just want to raise the visibility of the problem.
