I wouldn't do anyone a favour if I was releasing things in a premature (i.e. not fully tested) state 
The less tests would mean the potentially more tests have to be done afterwards (again).

I'm targetting a release this November for all the plugins. The big chunk of updating is already finished, I still have to deal with some select issues and still some more testing before the final update.

I'm glad to see these seem to work within Live. I need a midi filter to tame the all-notes-off (CC 123) from my keyboard controller. Which one should I use? Are there manuals I can peruse?

There's no manual, however you can enable a tooltip mode if you click on the little blue rectangle at the top left on every plugin (same procedure to turn them off). If this doesn't help you can also send a mail via the website contact address if it's a particularly weird issue.
For the filtering out of the CC123 data you could for example use a S-CC-Matrix with the default preset and a right-click to remove the node for the 123 / 123 connection which will result in that CC123 won't be passing through anymore. Additionally "Thru" needs to be turned on to let other data (non-CC) pass through as well.

You should use Gompy from guru one , because this man have created midi scripting before everybody

there is a bug in the actual midi note matrix:
the note vaulue = 0 is signaled as c-1
value 12 is signaled as c0
and so on...
usually all the sequencers have value 0 represented as c-2 nad so on....
it can led to confusion
