I was saying... sick of the so-called "one time mailings". I've had no success in getting myself removed. I don't even use wusik. it was an impulse buy years ago.

Could be even worse, maybe he sold an old e-mail database, which could be also the case because it looks like he is often in need for extra fundings (groupbuys, groupbuys, groupbuys and then still asking here for extra donations to fund development for new WS version) ?

a bit like spamming, until he does reply.
its out of hand.
i didnt even buy wusik(he mustve grabbed my email addy before he left dash) and used to receive all his spam
luckily ive never given him my new email

that's interesting, because the folk at ruggedcircuits (who fabricate the actual hardware) confirmed that wusik are responsible for running the beat707 website...

ruggedcircuits also stated that didnt have anything to do with the mailing list. they also confirmed (to no real surprise since ive never dealt with them before) that i'm not on their mailing list.

could a proper moderator maybe ask william where his website got their mailing list from?

Funny. This thread started with an accusation based only in assumptions and purely circunstancional evidences. No evidence that WilliamK is the author of the mail or is in any way involced in it (I'm not saying he isn't, just that there is no strong evdence).
Several Wusik users wrote here that they didn't receive any e-mail. I am a user myself, and I too didn't receive any e-mail.
I have no relation whatsoever with Wusik, but I think this rage (even hate) against some people here is something that starts worrying.
Sure he made some moves in the past that didn't please me either, and I told him by e-mail, personally. However, the present case seems not to be one of those.
William didn't answer, and I think it's a clever attitude. Dogs bark, but the caravan goes on. Now, either you complainers come with a strong evidence of his culpability or simply delete the so called spams. The DELETE key is on you keyboard for a reason.

So, I should believe in "the folk at ruggedcircuits" because...? Who is he, BTW? What's his position in the company? And what kind of company is this that has his own website (the company's public image) runned by a foreigner, and neglects responsability for what's happening on behalf of his own company? Are these guys nuts? Or are they joking?
