Not sure then...just looked up his film scores...had no idea he'd done that many...40 or so!

Apparently including a superhero one...

Never watched either - saw the trailers and thought...nope, not going there!

Just had a listen to the Philip Glass music for it in more detail...I was just curious...let's just say that it's NOT his finest work! :)

The main theme (in fact, the entire piece) is too good for trailer music. The main theme stated just before and after the breakdown/drop is quite memorable, and would be wasted on a trailer (unless the remuneration was substantial, and you were willing to compromise your principles)

Good work :D

Song "The Exile's Return": The song starts out minimalist and groovy - very good!
I particularly like the variety and the successful use of various instruments.
That's a little bit my style too! Really great!

Thanks Tim - glad you enjoyed it...'memorable' is a word I'm very happy to see associated with it! :)

Having just watched a couple of Marvel trailers - Black Widow and Loki, I think I can safely say that this is significantly more subtle, nuanced and melodic! :) God above - the constant bloody bombastic drum hits in the BW trailer - ridiculous and they're all just preset loops from NI Damage anyway...I know, cos I own them! :)

If a publishing company gets a deal for me with a trailer (not likely)then the money will be at least reasonably significant and I will gladly compromise my principles! :) Truth is that I'm not really very precious about my music - when it does sell (not much of that any more with Covid) the clients often chop it up in very weird edits etc etc at times!

Jump away...played it to completion (easy level ) many, many years ago...still got it and the Wii somewhere...remember that it used the 'motion-plus' controller!

When surfing through my liked tracks on SC, this tune was on my playlist several times. A nice alternative to the usual electronic stuff on there. Enjoyed listening!

:tu: Many thanks for the feedback - as always, much appreciated!

At times there is a little bit too much Trance / House /Techno on here...and some of it is just Preset Loop Packs! :)
