This said I am not surprised you gotta sort your kids out sometimes as you mentioned if you give them that kind of advice.

No Filtermeister can only compile ps plugs. I don't think there is anything planned to support paintnet. I can't run that app on my system anyway but I have heard it's quite good.

Thanks dreadd. As I've said I don't think I am back, more or less just saying hello before I dwell into trying to learn some C-like langage to implement graphic DSP maths I have no clue about.

And don't exagerate saying I am biting people. I have just been barking a bit here and there and it was well warranted IMO.

BTW, I am not sure you are aware Christian Budde wrote a small VST screenshot tool recently. You can drag and drop the vst onto it and it will create a screenshot of the plug in the plug's directory. You can also put the tool in the context menu or in the send to folder. Very handy especially with a big collection of plugs.
