OK, you may be correct. Anyway, I think IK should have made a reservation of that, or not to put the TR 5 CS in the user account, yet, before it really works.

I installed and authorized them, but the plugins all give an error saying some graphics part is missing. Also tried a Restore my gear in Custom Shop.

My Max serial showed up.. I put it in the licence manager and all is registered and working fine.




It's confusing but I think that is what is going on... Their counter is still active - the custom shop freeware can be authorized at this moment and those serials have been released. They probably should have waited to make the custom shop free version available after the release of Max to eliminate confusion. Hindsight being 20/20. It looks great! Can't wait.

So what's the difference between TRacks 5 Custom Shop and TRacks 5 ? Both are 941 Megs. I assume we don't need to install both although they have different serial numbers :?

Anyway I installed the TR5 Custom Shop and everything appears to be working.

Took me one minute to find an issue. Is there any way to delete the plugins that we don't own from the list in the TR5 Suite ? Or do we have to remember what we own and try not to call one up that we don't own so it doesn't offer to sell us the plugin....every time ? I tried deleting the .dlls of plugins I don't own but they still show in the list.

Seems to happen if you change the installation folder.

I forgot, like UAD, T-Rack installer installs everything.
Is there a quick way to figure out what I have license for and not and dump those that I dont' have licenses for?

Cool, my v4 singles are all updated to V5 and authorized. Now I'll wait patiently for a reasonable upgrade path to MAX :hug:

You can see what you have licenses for in the Custom Shop application. Open Custom Shop, click T-RackS, then Gear --> My Gear.

I just downloaded everything and i kept getting error messages, cant find graphics resources. This then ends up crashing my Ableton, also when i try to run the stand alone version i get the same thing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesnt help.

Whats going on?

The error message you mention is being worked on as it was reported as I mention in my previous post.
