Thanks, Jeremy. How would you describe the improvements? Better accuracy of the CS80 analog simulation?

To my ears, the lower frequencies sound fuller and the filters have more “bite.” The voice dispersion feature also sounds very nice. Modulation routing is easier. When you engage MPE there are two drop down menus for routing destinations for CC 74.

Thanks, good to know. Arturia does seem to make good synths.

I am glad they are working MPE into more of their synths starting with Pigments.

Thanks!

I've been playing some blues, finding new fingerings to make various guitar licks playable, trying to get better intonation without quantization. This was a tough one to record, hope you enjoy.

Hi zachaudioguy,

Very skilled performance of guitar gestures! I’ve added to my Roger’s Favorites YouTube playlist.

Hearing a little Robertson in there, a little Allman, a little Trucks in places perhaps...

Made me smile. :tu:

And a legit achievement with the quantize turned off too.

Good playing, as always, Zach!

Cheers!

Well, here we go again, down the rabbit hole of lead guitar on the LinnStrument. I've gotten a little smarter this time and wrote some Max patches that let me toggle modes on the LinnStrument with my dual foot-pedal. Here I'm using a pedal to toggle between sliding/bending and harmonics:

Another very good one, Zach. Your two-handed solo technique is excellent!

I finally got a recording of me that I'm reasonably happy with. House of the Rising Sun:
