Yes it should be possible: add Nora, your "chorder" plugin, and a VST. Set the output port from your "chorder" to Nora, like 'Output 10'. Open Nora and setup its ports something like 'Input:10 Output 11'. Then open your Synth and setup its input port to 11. Now, write notes in your chorder plugin, and write only the change pattern Notes in the Nora track.
