Overall worth a look if you like this sort of thing.
Have you used the physical modelling oscillators (Objeq and Tube) much? These (and of course polyphony & MPE support) seem tempting.

Dreadbox Artemis works with MPE

I use Linnstrument (USB)-> Hapax (MIDI DIN)-> Artemis midi chain.

Artemis has setting for 'lower' and 'upper' MPE zones, amount of MPE channels can be set and pitch bend range. MPE aftertouch will atleast polyphonically adjust filter cutoff + resonance, LFO rate. VCO 1/2 mix does not seem to polyphonically respond to MPE after touch.

AAS Lounge Lizard version 5 supports MPE. I love to bend e-pianos...
And there is also a new additive synthesizer from Soundradix called Radical1 that works nicely with MPE...

Radical1 is currently Mac only but they say Windows support is "coming early 2026"... nothing more precise than that yet though afaik.

Windows support now available for Radical1.

Entanglement Quantum Wavefunction Synth has at least some MPE support ("MPE modulation options") and is now available as a plugin:

Confirmation of the MPE by Elastic OSC by way of their all too brief new video, using the Exquis:

Elastic OSC now exists in desktop form too.

And of course there is Zebra 3 now as well.
