UPX makes files smaller, right? I've never tried it, this computer has like an 8gb hard drive and I have everything on here with 5gb to spare.

Might have been mentioned earlier, I don't know, but I just bumped into this. Brambos has set his old software free: http://www.brambos.com/archive.html

thanks RBR. managed to crash tuareg 1.5; had to be done...
someone not posting his stuff - anywhere as far as i can see -
is sirsicksick. he makes some fairly mental virtual machines,
but they are all experimental.

yeah i wonder as well why he doesn't share them with the world, maybe they aren't stable and robust enough and he doesn't want to be associated with something buggy

lol, i don't think he really cares...think he's just happy making them.
a couple of them are a bit confusing, but there's a mega drum distortion.
they're in the SE usergroup files. a few other things there as well if
you check the folders.

Having severe problems with Buffer length and audio quality at the moment, so it may be time to by a decent piece of kit. And I just found out my nephew builds super powerful liquid cooled, game wrecking number crunching, over clocking fast working, computers and all in the secrecy of his bedroom.
Anyway this looks very promising and I have no reference to it anywhere round here; plucksynth0913 http://staffwww.itn.liu.se/~giaev/TASLP09_examples.html

cheers spacedad. (btw like the comment on Getting Started). Let me know how that plucksynth guitar goes, just tripping circuits in bufferland here. Had a few other issues lately so I might go for another clean re-install and sod the net off it completely. Busy weeks ahead workwise. List soon.
