Yes, I only remember the Steinberg VST Classics being made free but if he had it through, say, Cubase, he either has the license or he doesn't.
VST Classics for anyone who is interested:
Neon, VB-1, Model-E and Karlette;

Guys, regarding that Cubase (Steinberg) old Vocoder from the FTP: it is of no use actually, AS IT REQUIRES SPECIFICALY CUABSE SX...THAT IS END OF THE STORY - it simply won't run inside actual Cubase Pro 12 (well, who knows? maybe it would if C12 would still support natively 32bit plugs, but as I have it jBridged, it says it requires SX).
Anyway, I replaced it easily with other vocoder, there is quite a lot of them today available, so no miss here at all - it was really just an very old project of mine that was of my interest to recreate it exactly as it was with all its bad and good things, nevermind, let's move on now...to the Buzzroom AnaComp only, shall we?
So: still no find for that one, hm?
Or how about this idea: does anyone know the exact name of the author of Buzzroom plugs? Could we somehow locate/find/contact him via internet, asking him if he would be so kind and provide it (OK, OK, I know it is prolly too much to be asked for, but anyway)

The exact name of the author of Buzzroom plugs ?
Possibly Ken Watabe, based on this page:

Yes, it looks like that is THE guy, tho according to that communication he is ignoring e-mails, so maybe if he is on some of the social networks we/I would have more luck to got reply from him...who knows?bob bobwood wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 8:58 am The exact name of the author of Buzzroom plugs ?

Funnily enough, if you put his name into Google it shows a japanese comedian born in 1972.
BTW I just found out via internal description of another of BuzzRoom plugs (distortion OctaBUZZ) that his full name is Kenichi Watabe...
And then there is this person of that name over at LinkedIn (but I do not have account there so hard to tell): https://www.linkedin.com/in/kenichi-watabe-211722188
Also, there is a hint that AnaComp was out sometime around year 2004 as a part of BuzComp Bundle v0.5 beta, according to this KVR page: https://www.kvraudio.com/news/buzcomp_b ... eased_1852
Thus we could pinpoint our search for that exact bundle...maybe?
Finally, see this - Buzz Bundle 0.8 BETA incl. AnaComp + it says that BETA IS FREE, thus anyone having this bundle at hand would have AnaComp too and could possible share it - I just do not see download link anywhere... https://web.archive.org/web/20040804052 ... zComp.html
Oh, I found it at the bottom this should be the direct link to zip file that should contain Buzz Bundle v0.8 BETA, but it says it does not exist... https://web.archive.org/web/20040804052 ... mp_08b.zip

Does anyone still have this old file for demo/trial version of Overloud TH-1 x64 (or at least its 32bit version as I can use jBridge) as shown here: https://web.archive.org/web/20100304150 ... n/download (file does not exist in this link, unfortunately + it is not anymore on official Overloud website, only its newer variants which I do not need)???
I was unable finding it anywhere else on the web except the Wayback Machine from March 2010.
One can find newer versions like TH-2 or TH-3 but strangely no sign of the original TH-1.
I need it as I am remixing another quite old project of mine having the trial version on (sure I can replace it with any other amp simulation plugin, but I am trying to recreate my old mixes exactly as they once were with all their mistakes and everything to analyze how I come to a specific sound so I can replace those old plugs with some actual equivalents according to the exact sound they produce by listening to it - that's why I need exactly this plugin)

I originally got it from CM Music 108 Disc containing all the KVR DC entries which is dated November 2006, all the dll's I have are all exactly the same sized file, but labelled on loading as either BuzzRixerLight or BuzzRizer2. I suppose the 2 might imply there was an earlier version.
Even the 'about' box is identical;
BuzzRizerFree labelled BuzzRizer2: https://www.kvraudio.com/kvr-developer-challenge/2006/BuzzRizerLight Version 1.0

BuzzRizer is free for everyone !
However we do ask commercial users to donate
a fair amount of money on our homepage.
Just one dollar or euro per pleased user will
make sure that development goes on.
