EDITED:
Here's the third beta version of the Raspier II VST guitar synth.
There's many changes, and I'm getting really close to the final stage.
There's still no GUI and there's only few presets available at the moment...
At the first look, synth might look little bit confusing, but I'll try to make it look more pro...
There's also some bug, which causes bad sounding while changing the presets.
To avoid this, press stop button after every preset change.
You should also put an EQ filter as FX that will remove super high and super low frequency of the synth so that only normal frequency remains…
DOWNLOAD VST :

All reviews are welcome...
cheers,

I like it a lot. Very nice bass tones, and the guitars are pretty good.

Looking forward to it. I like Raspier, but I think it may be cpu heavy.
Thanks for this one, too.

Thank you all for replies. Raspier II is designed from scratch, and I'm doing my best to optimize CPU to some reasonable level.

i tried it...nice.
the attack is a little odd....it's a nasty high pitched "ching" instead of a "chang" even on low keys.

I love it, it sounds fake in a cool way. I could do w/o the delay on the guitar patches.
Everything seemed fine, then I was going to use it for a bass track, and it was at 60% CPU while recording and the sound was cutting out. My computer isn't that great, I was using a Gateway 2.6ghz 1536mb memory.

Hmm, that's sad news.. I don't know what audio drivers you're using... It wont look pretty without newest ASIO drivers...RunBeerRun wrote: Everything seemed fine, then I was going to use it for a bass track, and it was at 60% CPU while recording and the sound was cutting out. That's the biggest issue when working with Synthedit. Almost every SynthEdit VST spending more CPU than it's deserves...

It sounds quite good. I really love the lower octave metal-like tones it can produce without need of external distortion, quite cool.
Cheers

Wow this sounds awesome, both bass and guitar. I forgot to ever test this, and then lo and behold there she was.
The previous version sounded awesome too, but was too heavy for my single core.
Personally I like the gui, it's all test-ish and halfway there. Of course if you ever sell these, everyone will bitch.
