We are off into a night full of wonders this time, listening to some quite chilled and no-sweat tunes. Why? Because I felt like it. It's kind of like life which currently offers so many facets from joy to sadness, from fun to stupidity, from ignorance to love. Yeah, I am bit on a philosophical trip tonight. No wonder, as these are strange times and the world is getting crazier each day. Luckily, there always are cool guys out there producing so fantastic sounds and scapes to listen to. So join me for a great show where my guests are Cosmic Noise Crew (Twelfth Listen), Zero Cult & Unhide, Potlatch and Eguana (Lofi Grill, Vol. 1), Клет (1984? Нет!), Sense (Grey Sky Dub), Globular (Long Grass for Small Frogs), Anna B May (Into The Woods (Remixes)), Synth.NL (Time Travel), illocanblo (Habitat), Flavour & Rune (Happy Birthday Mister Camembert!).

Is your area also plastered with roadworks? We have some building spots that already last for more than 3 years. And I am talking about roadworks not some airport. Soon they will lock down the main road where I live, so I have to detour about 5 minutes or so to get to my doctor appointments. Good heavens, 10 more minutes of my life time wasted on the road not doing anything. Ok, well, I waste much more time on other occasions, but that's not the point. Or is it? Am I ranting about some short detour? Well, seems I need some rest harder than I thought. So here it comes with serene and relaxing tracks by Time Away & Athinaniki (Age of Water), Ambiente Solstice (Living Water), Konrad Paulsen (Atem), Eisenlager (Midnightradio Compilation 109), Imaginary Landscape (Undiscovered Landscapes), Forrest Fang (Forever Cascade), Peter Phippen (Into the Ancient), Volker Lankow (Ephemerality), Veil of Alchemy (Midnightradio Compilation 109).

Do you know the saying that a dog and its owner very often do look alike? Well, sometimes the music I choose for a show does actually match the state of my mind. Well, not quite. As the music would be even more chaotic than the one you will get on this edition. It's still turbulent enough to reflect my state of mind. It was quite an eventful week workwise and on the private side as well. And the upcoming week will be not less of a mess. On the other hand, there is beauty in chaos. And the more in the tracks you will get to listen tonight with music by niteffect (Non-existent Substances), ModReaktor (Martin Christie Presents Electronic Music Travels), Holle Mangler (Tales From A Fairyworld (Part 1)), Hollywood Burns (The Age of the Saucers), preston.outatime (Mirror Radius), Synth.NL (Time Travel), Scanglobe (Industrial Sunrise), synaptyx (An Ever Expanding Collection of Eclectic Covers and Free Stuff in General), 4T Thieves (Electronic March of the Llamas), Zergon (Dolos), Stefan Erbe (Raumzeit Festival Digital).

So this is a somewhat joyful week. Also, some things don't work out, others do the better. And as I am feeling quite lucky at the moment, the music will go a bit more vibey as well. What does it mean? I don't know. Listen for yourself. In other news, the Schallwelle Award ceremonies will take place in a month. Planned as a live-in-person event. And I am back with the team, which is quite exciting. Yes, I did not advertise much, but you know anyway, don't you? Where was I, ah, yes, nice vibes in sound and sequence on tonight's edition. Enjoy music by Bertrand Loreau (Let the Light Surround You), Ivan Black (Sometimes I Listen To The Pattern), Hollan Holmes (Emerald Waters), Amin (Sadhana), Kellerkind Berlin (Way out...), DTime and MindPhaser (Midnightradio Compilation 109), Sequential Dreams (Star Lost).

When I was in school, history lessons where of the least interesting to me. Was it the teachers? Was it the stuff? However, nowadays history fascinates me. Especially if presented well and understandable and giving some context to why things have become as they are. One of the mysterious eras definitely is the age of the Aztecs and their world of gods. Well, actually any of the native American civilizations are fascinating and seem much more cultivated than many of those from Europe in that time. So you will find the first half of this edition focuses on Aztec Gods with music by Wane of Summer, Progeny-1, Talking to Ghosts, Roberto Sass, and Ambient Indigo (Aztec Gods). This is followed by several great new and recent releases by Andreas Davids & Sven Phalanx (Space Ambient Pop), Craig Padilla & Marvin Allen (35), Steve Roach (Zones, Drones & Atmospheres), Wellengärtner (Do Bumblebees Dream?).

What an interesting week. Storms everywhere, although I have been lucky to date with respect to effects. At least weather wise. Same holds for the job though, where it got quite stormy this week and more strong winds are ahead. Great, if you own a sailer. Well, after some rather quite minutes on the last episode, tonight you will get a bit more speed in sound with new, current and upcoming releases. Join in and listen to fantastic music by Roberto Sass (Psyche), Stefan Erbe (Distopia), Synth Replicants (Midnightradio Compilation 110), Stan Dart (Electronic), Ivan Black (Fancy Gitter 2), Dolphins of Venice (Mutuals), Nattefrost (Dendrophile), illocanblo (Habitat), Garrett Lechowski (Midnightradio Compilation 110), Brainwork (Late in Berlin).

These are terrible days. I usually refrain from political topics on my podcast page, but what is happening in the Ukraine makes me sad and angry. I hope most of you guys are safe out there and will get out of any trouble. And I believe that most people in Russia do not support the actions of that dictator regime going to war with anyone. Well, I hope you all will be safe as well. It's a pity tonight's edition gets tainted by these actions. There is great music inside, beatful of course, as I need some beating sounds for some reason. Stay safe and have a thoughtful listen with music Markus Masuhr (Haze In The Abyss At Night), Morgen Wurde & Tis (Wacht), Piece Of Acid (Der Grosse Knall Remixes), W-litio (Vortex), TNT (Midnightradio Compilation 110), Mesopotam, Andrew Haines (Wayward Sketches of a Manual Labourer), Vodor L Zeck (Landsberg Dist), Toxic Derwish (Happy Birthday Mister Camembert!).

Disclaimer: I am not imposing any of my thoughts on artists on this show, nor do I claim that they share my views.

We have all the winners on tonight's edition. That is all those who won the Schallwelle award for 2021, for which the ceremonies took place last week. It was a wonderful evening with many visitors, and a great time to see many people again for the first time since two or three years. And also the chance to meet some I never met in real life before. Of course, the main reason was to celebrate electronic music especially from Germany and our neighbours. With three concerts being given by Tonal Assembly, Stan Dart, and Hhnoi. And here comes music by all the awardees plus one with Joerg Dankert (Restore faith), Suriya, Schiller (Summer in Berlin), Unisphere (TempUs), Hinterland (Codes of the Biosphere), Tangerine Dream (Raum), Kebu (Urban Dreams), Stefan Erbe (Distopia).

If you see someone in great need, it seems a good idea to help by donating goods or even money. If you are a musician, you might want to multiply donations by creating something many others would like to spend money for that you can donate. That's what Dorus aka XaVioN did. Not only that, he motivated other artists to do the same, which resulted in the now starting Musicians for Ukraine series. Tonight, you will get to hear all the tracks of that album and I strongly support you going and getting a copy of this fine release. All earnings from the sells go to Humanitarian aid for Ukraine. A great idea and well worth to support. Have a thoughtful time with music by Bass Ronin x Greencyde, Riversilvers, Andy Leech, Krisu, Day 7, Dimatis, Melle Louise, Ambient Light, Blaudiss, Svwlxw, Roberto Sass, XaVioN, and Wane of Summer (Musicians For Ukraine Vol. 1), XaVioN (Musicians For Ukraine Vol. 2), plus a track by Brainquake & Linn Friberg (Стоп!).

Join me and take a break from the crazy world outside listening to some chill out tunes tonight, where I mixed mid to low paced music this time. We had some nice sunny days in the end of this March, but even the weather decided to go for April now. And while this edition appears on April 1st, there is no joke inside but all very cool music that was published recently or will be soon. I am really lucky to have music putting my thoughts to breeze from time to time. So do the tracks of tonight very well composed by Roberto Sass (Psyche), CIALYN (Sour Leaves), Morgen Wurde & Tis (Wacht), ELEON (Hidden in Time), Sigel (midnightradio compilation 110), Eisenlager (Can Potatoes Cure Insanity), Simon Klee (The Light Of Elevation), Second Sight (International Index), Stan Dart (Electronic).

Well, it's Spring. Kinda. And it is April. Definitely. At least according to the weather switching between snow and rain and sunshine within a few days. Is this still important? I do not know. What I do know, though, is that music is important. Music keeps you sane and makes life worth living. So here we go for a nice bunch of tracks providing aural delicatessen. Have a great time with music by F.D. Project (Color of Life), Eagle (Synth. Music) (Hypervelocity Star), Audio Obscura Vs Black Sonar (A Scream From Outer Space), Hyrn (Furrows in the Ground), Johan Tronestam (Spring Volume 1), Ivan Black (Last Assignment), Colin Rayment (Polyphonic Memories II), Bernhard Wöstheinrich & Alexander Paul Dowerk (Vault Amusement), Tangerine Dream (Raum).

I am not sure what to say about this time of the year. It should have been some days for peace and hope, so the music on this edition does actually go in this direction. What can one do other than hope for the world becoming a better place? There are good people out there, at least that's what I believe and what I experience in music. Enjoy this hopeful hour with music by Marcello23 (Zeitgeist), David Helpling (IN), Will Ackerman (Positano Songs), Bernward Koch (Dreamy Piano Music to Relax), Ronald Van Deurzen (Tale of Dreams), Gian Berselli & Jérémy Marais (Creative Stillness), Divine Matrix (Journeys), Steve Orchard (For Sunny Days), Stefan Erbe (Distopia).
