I remember I converted some of that Jazz Guitar from pettinhouse, maybe some others, too...dickiefunk wrote:Hi,

I used Extreme Sample Converter http://www.extranslator.com/.
It's a very nice program. You can actually convert to sfz with the demo version. The only downside is that in the demo version you have to convert the samples as well, but the samples then come with some noise. Which means you might have to replace them with the original samples or just correct the paths to the samples (like with Notepad Edit->Replace).
Anyway try it, it's not difficult. If not, let me know which SFZ files you need exactly and I'll try to find them and upload them.

but you have forgot the // at the title of the file as commentmarks,
shortcircuit and highlife cant read then the sfz, the sfz-player does, however,
but no problem
only a small note, its done itself quickly.

I just tried the Soniccoutoure brush kit in Wusikstation 5.8 and it worked like a charm! With Wusikstation you have to create a preset, but it was easy.

Could somebody please upload the SFZ mapping for the soniccouture brush kits again? The link above has expired.
Has anyone converted this kit into a soundfont? I just find soundfonts easier for backing up ready for restoring when a system goes down =)
By the way does anyone know where I can get the Maestro drum soundfonts? I really want to try the maestro cream (and brush!) drums soundfont but I can't find it anywhere. I can't get sf2midi to work on any browser or username combination.
Hope you guys are all motivated and inspired for more music making!
Thanks and cheers

I am, as always, happy to host SFZ maps (mainly for drum kits). Don't PM, post in a thread.
