I already own a bunch of Acustica plugins such as Pensado EQ, Diamond and many more...
Is it really worth it or necessary to buy Nebula N4 while it's on sale for $99?

Once you try Tim P L-Bus 2 with Azzimov skins, you might change your mind, It's amazing.
I like Cream2, it smokes Sand and Navy, IMHO. You can find Cream2 for $10 in the buy and sell forum. I now prefer N4 and 3rd party to most Acquas.

I was going to say something similar to this. I was ok with aquas, in general, but then, particularly about dynamics, once I found Tim Petherick's libraries I use aquas only for eq tasks.

+ 1 Ochre still get some use.
Nebula's spring reverbs are the best I've heard, no competition.
Cream's preamps and compressor are really nice. Tim's stuff is great, even the L-Bus preamps are amazing.

Gold smokes Navy, as well. As far as Acquas go, Gold, Viridian, Honey, and Water are the must-haves, IMO.

Thought I had signed up for Loopcloud's 2 free months deal, but got charged for my second month today.

I think they did explain during checkout that 1 of those "free months" is just the standard 1 month trial for new members, which I didn't qualify for.

But when I double-checked my cancellation reminder I only saw the original offer, which does not specify that it's only 1 free month for existing members. So I assumed I had entered the wrong month.

I'm really annoyed that they didn't make this clear in the marketing for the offer. Seems like purposefully deceptive marketing to trick people into waiting too long to cancel.

If you are looking for a bargain for Ableton, you might want to check out the offers on the second hand market here in this forum. Second hand licenses usually run at around 50% of the regular price and that is much better than any sale Ableton ever had.

I've seen it thanks. I was looking for confirmation as I don't entirely trust that it relates to Reason Intro. Call it a healthy distrust of marketing tactics.
I added the upgrade to Reason Studio's cart and there was no mention of a free upgrade to Reason 12.
I need to be sure, otherwise it would not really be worth it for me, I don't want Reason 11 but a free upgrade to 12 with the new hi res graphics would be a lot more enticing.

The cart won't say anything about it, they just add the Reason 12 license automatically to everyone's accounts who purchases Reason or an upgrade during the grace period (on or after May 1st 2021). It's been been this way with every release since I first bought Reason back in Version 6.
