Diggin' that dissonance during the intro which gives way to a really heavy groove. This has a nice thick atmosphere, which manages to sound "open" at the same time. I love the "darkness" that oozes out of this. You got the length just about right.

Nice track 8)

Good sound choices here, and a real head-nodder of a groove. Interesting piece of music 8)

great opening chords...then the sudden dissonance. the very first one needed resolution, but you added another and then another... i waited for a resolution of the series of major and minor 2nds but it didn't happen

to be sure, I love stravinsky, bartok et al so it's not that I don't like strong dissonance in tonal music. but this is tonal music, so it's kind of expected to resolve at some point. It was such a strong event for me that even if it came later in the piece it would have been very welcome

other than that I really enjoyed this a lot. Awesome groove, in fact listening from 0.35 on it works very well. nice string writing and arrangement etc. it would make a really good underscore

Bartok fan here also :)

I'm enjoying this style more and more - great vibe, solid mix. The subtle string pads were just right.

Mind if I ask what you used for the main kit?
