Hey Everyone,
http://www.mediafire.com/?0s84h0lf0finfqe
I just finished the beta version of LulzSequencer. It's a 64 step sequencer which can be edited and adjusted while running and still will keep in sync with other beats and patterns you may have playing elsewhere. You can for example switch between 4:4 clock speed and 3:4 (triplets) without having to reset the sequencer so that it's in sync again with other beats currently playing. Except it doesn't do that for 16:4 time. Anyways, please check it out and give me some feedback. This is my first reaktor project, so the way I built this module was in a very elaborate and maybe over-complicated manner. It works though.

Here's a second ensemble which has 3 instances of LulzSeq playing a drum sequence. Try switching speeds on the hi-hats for example to get sort of trap-style polyrhythmic patterns. If you jump between the 4:4, 6:4, 3:4 and 2:4 you can come with some cool sounding patterns.
Also, these sequencers can be of course attached to any drum machine or sound in reaktor or in your DAW if you do the routing.
Any specific advice how to streamline my sequencer would be great. Or if you have advice on how I should go about rebuilding it in a completely different direction is cool too.
Cheers,
Dmorr

Great sequencer, thanx, just playing with it now
It really is great the 4 independent sequencers and length adjustment of each...
I changed the sampler to take 127 samples...it rocks. Lots of rhythmical possibilities.
Edit: I run 6! of them and with the Finger...CPU 10%...excellent

That's cool man! I am going to refine it this weekend if possible so it takes up less CPU. Also I am going to add buttons instead of that graph, but they will also be midi assignable. So you could program the sequencer with a midi controller or novation launchpad.soundklinik wrote: Edit: I run 6! of them and with the Finger...CPU 10%...excellent
