I'm on holiday (not as in sitting by the pool downing beers - just off work) at the moment and as my wife is about to give birth to our first child, I've been spending a lot of time trying to complete some tracks before my time is taken up with other things. They are all spacey drones, but each one, while connected, has a slightly different atmosphere. They are listed in the order I created them.
Dead Zone - A dense drone in a haunted sector of the universe.
The Edge - An alien, stormy drone on the edge of the universe.
Haze - Slightly more dream-like, but with a churning drone running under the second half. This one is actually set on a planet surface, not really knowing where you are.
EDIT:
I've added two other tracks that go together with these three. They were in a separate thread, but I thought I'd just put them together here rather than run two threads at once.
Feedback appreciated.

I liked all three tracks, but I think I preferred Haze. I liked its more dramatic nature, probably due to the changes in mood through the piece.
Good work

Excellent tracks. Agree with the above that Haze is the most immediately listenable since it tells a story. The auto-panning made me think I was in some bio-scan chamber with machines rotating around my head, then it moved on. Very interesting mood.

all three of these tunes are seriously lush. my favourite is the Edge - it makes me feel tense (in a good way)

Both Edge and Haze could be used on a soundtrack to a big budget sci-fi film. Good stuff.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'm glad there's some different opinions on which tracks a better. To be honest I'd be happy if these tracks featured on a $50 sci-fi movie, but big budget is fine with me too. I like the bio-scan image, even if it wasn't what I was thinking.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

I enjoyed all of these, but if I had to choose just one it would be The Edge. Thanks.
