Can't select audio interface in Windows

In the Audio Interface section of the preferences "Audio System" has a dropdown with "None" in it. I click "None" and nothing happens. No matter what I do I can't get the dropdown to even open.

So I guess it's not detecting any of this...

Anyone else having this issue? I've already submitted a support request. I tried it on my MBP (os x) first and had no issues so I bought it.. now I feel kind of stupid since my main production machine is the one where this is happening.
