Hi there
Often the issues to do with download failures are wireless networks issues. If you email me nick@drumdrops.com I can check the link from your account and if I can download it we then know it is some problem your end or between you and the servers where the files are hosted. Rather than our hosting server. I am afraid you can't reconvene a failed download as we have to initiate a new download each time (for security reasons).
I would try - using a wired connection over a wireless connection (if you are using wireless). Make sure you have a good fast connection. Slower connections are liable to problems which may be an issue. Finally try in another browser. Maybe try a download manager and try with that as well.
If you still have problems getting the files email me and we will work out another way to get them to you. Thanks Nick
