What are peoples thoughts on the plugin alliance dangerous bax eq?
It's on sale later in the month. I know I can demo it, but I'm after peoples opinions too?

I like the Analog Obsession BXQ version a lot better. The PA version is much "cleaner" though.. but instead it sounds a bit "like a plugin", whatever that means.

If 32bit plugins are okay for you, then I would highly recommend BaxterEQ by Variety of Sound:

Mac only for now, but I was pretty impressed by the lack of harshness when I tried the Goodhertz version:

This is it, I too have FF Pro-Q 2 as well as the following:
Waves Puigtec
Waves H-eq
Waves V-eq
PSP NobleQ
Do I really need another eq? Or will the bax eq provide something that the above can not achieve...
Plugin alliance are also bundling it with the elysia museq, would you guys rate this eq more favourably?

I've had a good few like that too. The best was a $150 voucher that got me the 245E for free, not to mention a few others that ended up well below a quarter of the price. The Kazrog ValvEQ is another excellent alternative to this, which
I prefer over it actually. Although its not a straight up model.
The PA plugin is pretty subtle though, almost too subtle IMHO.
I'll probably use my voucher on something else.
