Name me some (every :D ) automatic midi generator,where i can assign some rules like key/scales,velocity,length,CC & it comes up with sequences

do you use reaper??
it has a script application made by robu
has a euclidizer,sequencer ,randomizer to any particular scale of any random note length

If you have a cat, you can place it on your keyboard and it will generate random MIDI note streams. Actually, it works even better if you try in vain to keep the cat OFF of the keyboard.
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.
