Recaptcha not working properly on iPad?

Hi,
I tried to send a support question on my iPad but failed to type the required Recaptcha letters. I did this several times, refreshed etc. and there was nothing wrong with my typing. So as a result I was not able to send my support question. What a pity...
What can I do?
