One of the things I'm interested in is the new Eq Split module in MXXX.
"Added EqSplit to MXXX, a sort of crossover producing 2 bands, one freely equalized and the other containing the remaining signal."
Imagine an EQ curve, splitting the signal then sent to two different saturators, so that one is more saturated than the other. It has the potential to create some really interesting and characterful saturation effects. A bit like 'emphasis / saturation / de-emphasis' trick but with more flexibility and way easier to set up.

Damnit, I get a false positive with the installer using BitDefender but the .exe is waaaayyy too big to upload to their site...

Jesus... these things... Why using an antivirus, if it only reports false positives?

This was expected?
It's bit of uncomfortable in my opinion.

Is it correct that MDrummer now loads way longer than before? In FL Studio 12.5.1 64 bit the VST3 version loads in 10 seconds with the empty preset.
In the version before I stored the whole library on my SSD. Could it depend on this, even if I just load an empty MDrummer?

That's odd, just tested in the newest FL and it opens nearly instantly. Did you try restarting the computer etc? Are you sure it is not bridged? Do you have the new library? Probably let me know via email.

After a restart the first loading of the plugin still needs 8-11 seconds. After that I can restart FL and open MDrummer and it just needs 1-2 seconds.MeldaProduction wrote:Did you try restarting the computer etc?
It's not bridged and I have the new library installed. Does MDrummer somehow initializes the library, which is now on my HDD instead on my SSD and it could depend on this?MeldaProduction wrote: Are you sure it is not bridged? Do you have the new library? Probably let me know via email.

I get something similar here (on Windows 7). First load is about 10 seconds, subsequent ones were 1-2 seconds. I reckoned the MDrummer was scanning the drums library and the initial lag was caused by all the disk i/o.
I think I recall that previous versions did were the same; so this is not a new issue (here).

PS Shouldn't the Release Notes list the new / changed features and the bug fixes?
