Love the tune. Great mix. But you do realize that a waltz is in 3/4 time.

While you may have technically written this in 3/4, the 4 on the floor kick and lack of accent on the first beat gives it a definite 4/4 feel. At best, I could go with very fast 6/8. But this doesn't have a waltz feel by any stretch of the imagination.

Still, enjoyed the track. Well done.

I enjoyed this track a lot. Just goes to show you don't need cutting-edge synths to make a great sounding track. I'm with wagtunes on the feel however as I'm not getting that Strong/Weak/Weak relationship. No matter this is still good to listen to.

I did the kontakt with terabytes of libraries years ago and even tried Dimension pro...
but dumped them both for lighter stuff... kind of like in my
network tech days i used to tote around a huge tool belt
with every tool imaginable weighing me down.

but then realized i could still
do my job with just the basic tools. And so i switched to a smaller
pouch with the bare necessities on one side...

basically simplified and streamlined.

Cool groove whatever the time signature. I liked the sounds and mix. You seem to be staking out new territory these days. :)

Nice tune, layzer. It's definitely got an '80s TV mystery soundtrack vibe, and the soundset is cool too.

Good work :)

Nice thick bass, not overly low-mid
Loved the quirky chirp percussion and the synth horns, definitely an 80s ish sense

Thanks for sharing your music
