heavy reverb on pads and the beeps was intentional to achieve the EXACT overall sound i was after on this one..... deal with it. :x

My Feedback

Music - 8.5
Instruments - 9
Performance - 9
Mix - 10

Overall - 9.125

Comments: What's your wet/dry mix on the reverb for the pad and lead? About 70%? Anyway, sounds very cool, as usual. Always look forward to listening to your stuff. It's nothing deep but it's catchy, cool and easy to listen to.

+1, always guaranteed a good listen.

Is it just me, or does this have echos of a slightly weirded up "Living On My Own"? (apropos not a cover)

Catchy and cool (Like Wag says) and nice guitar...
Echoes of Thomas Dolby too...
Great title.
Well done.

Fun to listen to edgy pop tune.

Have you ever thought about working more in classical (orchestral) oriented genre. But maybe you already have. It just sounds like you probably have the basic skill set/instinct for it.
You just need have to have the interest. :harp:

firstly, thanks for taking those precious 3 minutes out of your day
to listen and review this piece.
deep is never my aim as much as a catchy, toe tapping, infectious melody and beat. if you listen close, there is some pretty deep percussion going on however.

ahhh thank you SJM, always nice to know i'm not the only one that enjoys my noise. hehh :hihi:

the tune is simple enough that it was bound to be similar to
something out there already. heres the thing though.
i've NEVER heard that Queen song! if i'd have used a synth bass
tone, would sound even more like it. :o
glad you stopped by for a listen.

The pads seem to be taking more of a back-seat in this track, but that's cool, 'cos it's helping me to hear the separation between the other instruments and how good the overall mix quality is. The synth1 guitar sounds great, and has reminded me that it's probably time to give the Strat some exercise sometime soon.

Good work :)

Sounds like the music from an 80s German criminal soap (DERRICK). You might not know that, hm. But, nevertheless, enjoyed listening.

Yes, interesting catch :)

I was hoping for a Gershon Kingsley kinda track from the title, even the salt or sweet version, nevertheless interesting listen.
