Hello all,
I've just came across the Mulab 7 demo and was wondering if anyone has experience using
Vienna pro ensemble with it?
VEP normally broadcast 16 midi ports with each having the standard 16 channels.
This is in every Daw I use (Cubase & Studio one).
Yet Mulab only sees my physical midi ports and not those from the VEP plugin...
Any thoughts??

What do you see if you put the VST in the modular area?

The blue connector is the Event Input for the VST. That it only has one, means it only accepts 16 MIDI channels of input.
If the VST has no blue Event Output, it means it does not emit MIDI events, so there's no way they can be routed within the software.
(One problem with virtual MIDI from a VST is it can cause feedback, which isn't supported.)
Note also that MuLab does a MIDI merge of all its inputs down to the 16 MIDI channels. It doesn't not handle inputs separately.
