so i need to activate the product, but it seems that i have no product code.
I sent an email to Best service, had no response so far, just was wondering if anyone had this problem as well or any idea on how i can fix this issue.

I recommend you to follow the guide, which you get with your purchase. There you can find all needed informations about the activation. It seems that you´ve startet the e-licenser directly. That doesn´t work. You have to load a instrument of the library to get a product code.
