What qualifies as Theme music is always subject to discussion of course. If I remember correctly the waltz in the Andrzej Wajda film doesn't really make a full appearance until the end credits, as did this song from the City of Lost Children:

I rarely remember film themes. I rather remember game themes. But, the Star Trek film themes are pretty good.
