Hello

I just treated myself to a new laptop (I have 2 old ones - 2015 and 2012). 2015 model is i7 but several generations old.

Planning to run Live 9 or 10, FLStudio and possibly Reason 10 and Renoise, plus misc plugins.

Will I see a big leap in performance with this machine ?

Probably. Most accurate would be to use an online CPU compare tool and where in your old CPUs vs the i7-8750H.
