hello...
very much want to buy this sample set...need it for a Native American Wooden Flute project. It's telling me I need a full version of Kontakt (which I have)...but...I'm not sure I have the skills to write the articulations I need as MIDI controllers.
So...will I be able to scroll thru the various sample audio files themselves...listen to them/edit them individually in Wavelab (or any audio editor)...& open/load them individually in SONAR (DAW) (i.e., can they be used as standard audio files...wav, etc?)
thanx,
mw4man

Yes, the Mesa Winds samples are uncompressed .wav files that you can edit copies of. But I think it might be less work to learn how to make MIDI do what you want with the Kontakt instruments. Also, a USB wind controller such as the Akai EWI series or Yamaha WX5 might be useful -- especially if you have experience with wind instruments.'
